Today for Maniakalani we had to make a poster about diffrent  types of media. This is what print media, online media , brodcasting media is about.

surf to turf

On Wensday the 28th of October there was surf to turf. We had to run 5.1km it was really hard. When I got to the end of the run my leg started to hurt, then when I had done 1 min of the plank it got easy, so easy that I finished.
