Indian butter chicken

  Indian butter chicken
1 cup of basmati rice
½ cup chicken stock
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
2 teaspoon yellow curry powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 ponds
this is a recipe for butter chicken. What my mum makes some times it has so much chicken.

    Hi Cordell,

    I love a good Butter Chicken, however I only like a mild spice. So tell me how much chicken does your mum use and what are the instructions as I'm keen to make it.
